Typical of the US forces

I came across this cartoon and it doesn’t make sense to me.
The picture on the right dose it shows how destructive can be.
But as a whole it don’t add up, take the picture on the left its giving the impression the Iraqi were responsible for the attack on the twin towers.
When we all know it was Bin Laden in Afghanistan.
